Support
Superposition · Updated 2026-09-03
One person builds and answers this. Reports get read, and the ones with enough detail to reproduce get fixed first.
Report a problem
From inside the app: open the menu beside the app name and choose Send feedback. Pick a category (bug, feature, or data issue), write what happened, and send. The sheet shows you the diagnostics it will attach before it sends anything, and it never sends anything you have not seen. It files the report in a private issue tracker and shows you the issue it created.
By email: hello@agenticquarks.com. Use this if the app will not launch, if you cannot get to the feedback sheet, or if you would rather not file an issue.
What to include
- What you expected to see, and what the app showed instead.
- The screen you were on: blotter, scanner, setups, alerts, positions, journal, books, politicians, earnings, or a ticker page.
- The ticker, if it only happens on one.
- The app version and your macOS version. The feedback sheet fills both in for you.
- Which data source the app is reading, and the last refresh time it shows.
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.
- For a wrong number: the number the app showed, the number you believe is right, and where you checked it.
Never send a password, a brokerage login, an account number, or an API key. No support request needs one, and nobody from Agentic Quarks will ever ask you for one.
Beta builds
Superposition is not on the Mac App Store yet. Beta builds are handed out by request while the app is being finished, so the group stays small enough to answer properly. Email hello@agenticquarks.com with the Mac you run and a line about how you trade, and you go on the list.
Paid tiers are not switched on. A beta build is complete and free while it lasts, and it can change or break between builds, which is what a beta is. The iPhone and iPad companion is in development and not being handed out yet.
Answer times
Expect a reply within a few business days. A report that says what you did, what you saw, and what you expected gets answered faster than one that says the app is broken, because the first one can be reproduced.
What support cannot help with
We cannot tell you what to buy or sell, size a position for you, or comment on your trades. We also cannot fix a number at its source: when a filing, an earnings date, or a quote is wrong upstream, the app shows what the source published. Tell us anyway, since sometimes the bug is on our side of the parser.
Not investment advice.
Superposition is a research and monitoring tool. It never places, modifies, or cancels an order.
